According to the recent report by Macrumor, RadioShack may offer iPad 2 in 500 of its locations in the US tomorrow. A Macrumor reader has sent a screenshot claiming that Apple has plans to sell the next generation tablet through RadioShack. The reason is still unknown but it seems that the company wants to meet the demand of its customers through these stores besides Apple Stores where limited units of a specific model has been found. The online ordering date is already around 3-4 weeks, creating a major problem for the customers who want to grab the tablet as early as possible. The screenshot says that –
We are thrilled that iPad 2 will be available at 500 RadioShack locations across the country starting March 29! Details have been sent to these stores.
With RadioShack, 500 of its locations will be able to cover the strains of the increasing demand of the iPad 2, thereby improving the availability. It has also been confirmed through the representatives of RadioShack at multiple locations that they are scheduled to begin offering iPad 2 tomorrow. Though, the launch stock is still unknown.
